As Chief Operating Officer (COO) of 1stTec since it’s inception, Anand is responsible for scaling operations, supporting sales and solutioning and continuously transform the 1stTec organization in alignment with Vision and Goals. Anand brings over 30 years of experience from previous Solutioning and Delivery Leadership roles at Accenture, Vertex & other organizations where he has blended the industry knowledge and technical expertise to pivot clients to efficiently utilize IT to achieve their business goals. Anand has an M.B.A from City University in Seattle and has operated globally in US, Europe, Australia, India & Singapore. In his free time, he loves to Golf and is passionate in helping people develop the mental side of the game.

As Chief Growth Officer of 1stTec, Charan is a charismatic leader with over 28 years of dynamic experience in technology and entrepreneurship. Before assuming leadership at 1stTec, Charan specialized in CRM and Sales Applications for Fortune 500 firms. Driven by unwavering determination, she founded and expanded a business venture across multiple cities, counties, and states, achieving a staggering annual revenue of over $250 million single-handedly. As a public speaker, business coach, and mentor, Charan passionately advocates for women’s empowerment and inspires them to excel in personal and corporate spheres. She is an advisor to multiple boards and chambers of commerce and has earned numerous awards for her entrepreneurial achievements. Whether diversifying portfolios, optimizing operations, or cultivating relationships, Charan ensures long-term success for 1stTec through her analytical prowess, laser focus, strategic acumen and growth mindset. Beyond her professional commitments, Charan is a health and fitness enthusiast, and she loves to spend quality time with her two daughters.
